Presenting Anti-Terrorism Bill to Parliament postponed

Justice Minister Dr. Wijeyadasa Rajapakshe today said that the Government decided to postpone presenting controversial Anti-Terrorism Bill to Parliament.

Earlier, President Ranil Wickremesinghe said three Bills including Anti-Terrorism Bill are expected to table in Parliament before June.

Rajapakshe said the Government made decision to postpone presenting the Anti-Terrorism Bill to Parliament considering many requests and concers regarding the Bill.
