Wasantha Mudalige further remanded

Convener of Inter University Students’ Federation (IUSF) Wasantha Mudalige remanded until 13 August by the Colombo Fort Magistrate.

Mudalige was brought before the Fort Magistrate at 9.00 a.m.

He was remanded over a case on protest on 19 May 2022.

The Colombo South Police are currently recording a statement from Mudalige at the Fort Magistrate’s Court.
