Saman Ekanayake appointed as PM’s Secretary for the 4th time

E.M.S.B. Ekanayake has been appointed as the new Secretary to the Prime Minister and he received his letter of appointment from Secretary to the President Gamini Senarath at the President’s House, Colombo, Yesterday (12).

He has functioned as the Secretary to the Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe on three occasions previously and he is a Special Grade Retired Officer of Sri Lanka Administrative Service.
