Pakistan Defence Minister justifies murder of Sri Lankan manager in Sialkot

The Defence Minister of Pakistan Pervaiz Khattak while justifying the murder of Srilankan Manager, Priyantha Kumara who was brutally murdered by a violent mob in Sialkot, said kids do such things in the passion which doesn’t mean things are bad.

Khattak while speaking to the media said mob lynching and the brutal murder of Priyantha Kumara, is a very normal thing, particularly when one is young, emotional and a Muslim.

the Punjab police on Sunday identified and arrested six more of the main alleged culprits involved in the lynching of 49-year-old Sri Lankan factory manager Priyantha Kumara in Sialkot over blasphemy allegations.

The FIR was registered against 900 workers of Rajco Industries on the application of Uggoki Station House Officer (SHO) Armaghan Maqt under sections 302, 297, 201, 427, 431, 157, 149 of the Pakistan Penal Code and 7 and 11WW of the Anti-Terrorism Act.

The security personnel on Saturday have arrested the second prime suspect who incited the mob to torture Sri Lankan manager Priyantha Kumara to death in Sialkot over alleged blasphemy.

According to details, suspect Talha has been shifted to some unknown place for interrogation. So far, police officers have arrested over 100 people with the help of CCTV for killing the manager.

A man who earlier claimed responsibility for the murder of Sri Lankan manager Priyantha Kumara whilst chanting slogans of Tehreek e Labaik Pakistan (TLP) has been arrested by police.
