Killing two puppies on road: driver pleads guilty and released on bail

A woman who was arrested fo for running over and killing two puppies on a main road, was released on bail after she pled guilty for the incident.

A CCTV footage of her vehicle running over and killing two puppied on the road went viral last week and an animal welfare organisation had lodged a complaint at Police.

Following that, the woman was arrested and produced her before the court.

She was released on a surety of Rs 100,000 and the next hearing date of the case fixed on 1 June.

The woman pled guilty for the incident saying she did not cause it deliberately.
