File stolen from Dappula’s office

The CID has launched an investigation into an incident where file has been stolen form Former Attorney General Dappula de Livera’s office at Colombo 7.

Informing the progress of the investigation to Colombo Additional Magistrate T.N.L. Illangasinghe, the CID said according to CCTV footages an unidentified person arrived in a white van entered the office of former AG and took awaya file.

The suspect spent about ten minutes inside the office according to the CCTV footages, the CID said.
